Barry Erickson has been in the asphalt maintenance industry for over 20
years. In 1985, he decided to fulfill his passion for the paving
 maintenance business by venturing out on his own.
Barry knew the ideal asphalt maintenance
company would require the best team of professionals, both in sales and
field personnel, as well as a strong commitment to quality of work and customer satisfaction.
Through years of dedication and hard work,
Barry has developed the team of industry professionals that he envisioned when he
