Deteriorated areas are removed and replaced with new hot asphalt plant mix.
~ GRINDING OF ASPHALT SURFACE
To ensure proper transition of surfaces, asphalt edges are ground.
~ PAVING FABRIC
This fiber blanket mends existing fractures together. It is applied before the new overlay.
~ ASPHALT OVERLAY
One to Four inches of new hot asphalt plant mix is installed over existing asphalt surface.
~ SHEET OVERLAY
A thin layer of new hot asphalt plant mix is used to fill in low or eroded areas.
~ CRACK FILLING
A rubber based material is applied in cracks (either hot or cold).
~ SEAL COATING
Sealant stops erosion and protects the asphalt surface from harmful elements (sun, water, fuels, oils, etc.).

New layouts or restriping of existing lines.
